Preparation prior to ‘BELL Acoustical’ arriving to perform the job
Our service is expert and the best in the business. Thank you for the opportunity! We aim to perform our service in a professional manner. So that we may render the best possible service to you, your cooperation will assist us in performing the highest quality of service.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
- Remove ceiling fan blades or any items that touch the ceiling (i.e. drapes/rods/furniture).
- Please clear the middle of the rooms (beds do NOT have to be moved).
- Please make sure there are NO other trades in the home while we are there.
- Vacant homes – make sure to have running water & electricity.
- Clear the top shelves of closets when applicable.
- Remove breakables, high pictures off walls, valuables, and any clutter.
- Please make plans for the day & night, as we take over your house with plastic and tools.
- Not responsible for wall paint or wall paper damage, or damage to any valuables/furniture left in the work place.
- Not responsible for any wall paint or wall paper damage due to ceiling caulk & ceiling paint & containment set up.
- Furnishings will be covered, but anything of exceptional value should be protected or removed.
- Closet doors & lighting that are removed by the BELL crew are a ‘courtesy’ and will not be reinstalled as we cannot be responsible for any damage.
***IMPORTANT: Our crew sets full containment prior to the removal process. There is the possibility the wall paint may peel after water tight seal is removed. This process is imperative to protect furniture, valuables, and walls. There is a light mist applied to the 'acoustical' ceilings prior to the removal process for a cleaner substrate for texture application. Bell is not liable for 'wall paint' or 'wallpaper damage' and touch up is an additional charge to the customer. Please make arrangements with contractor for additional cost of repairs. This cost is not covered by BELL INC.
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING BELL ACOUSTICAL!
We look forward to improving your home; you will NOT believe the difference. NOTE: We specialize in ‘light skip trowel’ texture unless otherwise requested. *** Construction site: Removing acoustic and texturing is and can be a messy job; we do our best to do some minor surface cleaning once we are done with this labor intensive job. Walls, floors & furniture is covered with plastic sheeting.
If you have a house cleaner, we suggest scheduling after we complete the work.
